ReoFlo

A quantity summary is a QS number. A bar schedule is a buildable package. We issue the package.

A Gridstone engine In trial Part of the Superstructure Package

ReoFlo is the reinforcement engine and the most mature of the four. It reads the structural set — reinforcement plans, sections, schedules, set-out plans, revision letters — and produces the documents a fabricator can cut and bend from and a steel fixer can actually work off.

It runs across every building class and civil work: footings, piers, slabs on ground, waffle and raft, suspended and post-tensioned slabs, beams, columns, walls, cores, stairs. It is not a residential-slab tool with extras bolted on.

The deliverable is a set, not a number

Without a mark, the fabricator does not know what to bend and the fixer does not know which bar goes where. So every ReoFlo package is issued as a set:

1. Bar mark schedule, with shapes — mark, product code, shape code, number off, cut length, the shape drawn with its dimensions over, and mass. One page per lot or unit, elements grouped and banded.
2. Marking plan — every mark stamped at its location on the plan and keyed to the schedule. Marks on the plan match the schedule, always.
3. Reo take-off — the summary plus the confirm register.
4. Bar bending schedule — shape codes and A/B/C/D leg dimensions, the cut-and-bend shop sheet.
5. Accessories, quantified — chairs, spacers, pods, tie wire, membrane, with supply-by against every line.

Where you have a nominated fabricator, we issue it in their own call-off format as a PDF, plus the workbook behind it.

Measured, not assumed

Every line carries its basis. A measured line says so and names the drawing it came off. A line we could not measure is marked as an allowance and the exact missing datum is named — not buried in a note.

If a bar length, a pier depth or a lap is not on the drawings, we do not invent it. It goes on a written query to you, the rest of the job is released, and only the marks that depend on the answer are held.

ReoFlo is a take-off engine, not a design tool. It measures what your engineer has documented. It does not size members, check capacity or certify. Where the documentation is silent or contradictory you get a written query naming the sheet and the missing datum — the rest of the job is released while it is open.

Send us the drawings.

Structural set, current revision, PDF is fine. We will come back with the scope we can measure, anything we need answered, and a price before we start.
